Kathleen Receveur

Dr. Kathleen Receveur is a dedicated and innovative educator committed to empowering all students to share their knowledge through technology. Currently, she serves as a Technology Specialist for Jefferson County Public Schools, collaborating with district resource teachers to develop and implement effective technology integration strategies across the district. In this role, she partners with school leaders to support the district's Everyone:1 initiative and cultivate a network of teacher leaders driving technological advancement and equitable learning experiences for all JCPS students.

Beyond her district work, Dr. Receveur shares her expertise as an Adjunct Professor at both Spalding and Bellarmine Universities, shaping the next generation of educators. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Science from Indiana State University, a Master’s Degree and K-12 Reading Specialist certification from Indiana University, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of the Cumberlands.
