A Message to Our Community: Free Resources + Supports From 2Rev

To our friends and partners across the US education community, we send our hopes and wishes for a safe and speedy return to normalcy in the face of the insecurity and ambiguity of these weeks. We appreciate that our district partners are struggling right now to cope with an unprecedented systems challenge. Learning is among a long-list of high priorities that need to be sorted - from free meals to special ed supports to childcare needs.

As with all of you, COVID-19 has dramatically interrupted our work. While we’ve already sprung into action to support our existing partners, as a team, we feel strongly about trying to do more. Therefore, we are offering a number of pro bono supports for districts, higher ed institutions and educators directly. When you are able to focus on learning, this new normal may provide us with a different kind of opportunity to support our learners.

With over a decade of experience working to support educator and leader learning through blended learning, 2Rev is well positioned to help your transition to virtual/blended learning. Our organizational focus is transforming educator capacity, so when you are ready, we hope these resources can support you and your colleagues in this transition:

Learn Next:Click here to access our free and open educator toolkit - which 2Rev co-developed with a range of phenomenal national partners - includes courses, playlists, and other resources for educators looking to deepen their practice in online/blended learning; project-based learning; assessment for learning; competency-based education, blended learning, and more. We also offer our courses for graduate credit at a reduced rate through our partnership with Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU). Reach out to learn more about how Learn Next and a range of additional courses can help support your educators in this time of shift.

A New Course on Deeper Online Learning: We applaud all of the resources that have been rapidly assembled by states, districts and a wide range of partners across the country to support student learning in this time of crisis. Our team has been working this week to develop a free learning experience for K12 and higher ed educators on how to create online deeper learning experiences for students that are inclusive and accessibleClick here to access this free learning experience (you will be prompted to create a free account if you don't already have one in InspirED).

InspirED Social Learning Platform:Our “Place to Design Your Future of Learning” – the InspirED platform provides blended supports to teams. This platform supports collaboration and educator sharing through private groups and customizable courses. 2Rev is making this available as a free resource for districts looking to virtually collaborate between now and the end of the school year. Join our new group, "Teaching In PJ Pants," at this link to share tips and tricks with one another. Looking for a private group for your school or district? Email us and we'll help you get set up.

We can also help you think through virtual professional learning. To reach out with questions or for a helping hand, email support@2revolutions.net and a member of our team will be back in touch. Know that we are thinking of you and your students at this difficult time. We wish you all a safe and healthy spring.

From all of us at 2Revolutions,

Adam, Ben, Brigid, Chris, Karin, Kelly, Jim, Meaghan, Rachel, Sara and Todd
