The 2Revolutions team is committed to partnering with you to realize your vision by co-designing an approach that builds from your community’s strengths and adapts to meet its unique needs.

As we work together to build deep capacity and sustainability for transformation, we start and end with you and your community–where are you now, where do you want to be, and what unique approach makes sense for your community?

Cultivating Equitable, Learner-Centered Classrooms and Systems

“If you want to build a ship, don’t drum up the men to gather wood, divide the work, and give orders. Instead, teach them to yearn for the vast and endless sea.”

- Antoine de Saint-Exupéry

At 2Revolutions, we want to provide equitable access to innovative professional learning. We understand that time is a precious resource and often a barrier, especially for busy educators and leaders. Therefore, we are committed to meeting your community where you are and tailoring to your needs in content, career ambitions, as well as the level of commitment that educators and leaders are able to devote to their professional learning. To that end, 2Revolutions offers a continuum of offerings that provide a variety of entry points and support levels to meet your educators’ and leaders’ needs.

Our work purposely upskills your educators through three points of entry: our Design Studios, our Communities of Practice, and our Graduate Program. Each option builds individual and collective capacity to transform classrooms and your broader system.

Designed by educators for educators, our learning experiences are unique because they:

  • Model a competency-based experience with a focus on demonstrating application of learning

  • Model a learner-centered experience with a focus on the unique needs of each adult learner

  • Honor the learner’s prior experiences

  • Support learner growth through job-embedded application that is authentic and relevant

“It is a profound way of looking at Education. Once you see the value, there is no going back.”
