2Revolutions Graduate Programs

Deepening Capacity for Learner-Centered and Equitable Classrooms and Systems through Customized Job-Embedded M.Ed Programs.

2Revolutions has redesigned professional learning to be authentic and meaningful for educators (teachers and leaders) by offering a graduate program that is designed by educators, for educators. 2Rev’s cohort model builds a vanguard of educators (teachers and leaders) with the knowledge, skills, and mindsets to help drive learner-centered and equitable transformation in your classrooms and the broader system. We understand the journey to realizing a learner-centered and equitable experience is not only unique to each community, it is also one that requires constant attention and iteration.

“Whoever teaches learns in the act of teaching, and whoever learns teaches in the act of learning.”

- Paulo Freire

By using a human-centered approach to learning, 2Revolutions is committed to walking alongside you as you do what you love, for good.

Educators completing a Master of Education in either Learner-Centered Practices or Learner-centered Systems will be able to:

  • Increase their instructional capacity for realizing a learner-centered and equitable model of education

  • Design authentic and relevant assessments for all learners

  • Think strategically to identify the requirements of a system that supports learner-centered pedagogies

  • Create a plan and collaborate with others to support collective transformation of practice

  • Gain confidence as they progress in their leadership journey

These innovative Master of Education programs support learning and greater earning potential with the option of a 30-credit M.Ed. or 15-credit graduate certificate.

How it works

Partnering with districts, the scope and sequence of the program is customized to meet the unique needs of your community. During each of seven 10-week terms, learners within your cohort engage in both independent and collaborative learning opportunities. Each course asks learners to create a body of evidence that relies on authentic application of their learning within their current role. The job-embedded nature of the program results in meaningful shifts in practice for educators and observable impact on learning within their communities. The program culminates with a Capstone, giving educators the opportunity to integrate and demonstrate learning in meaningful ways.

In addition to 5 program-wide synchronous events, each course is designed with multiple synchronous touchpoints with faculty for personalized support. The sample sequence below is customizable based on the unique needs and learning goals of both the cohort and individual.

98% of educators and leaders who completed the program agreed or strongly agreed that:
  • This program modeled a learner-centered approach

  • This program was adult learner-centered

  • The learning in this program was authentic and relevant

  • The program valued both collaborative and individual learning

100% agreed or strongly agreed that they now have the knowledge, skills, mindsets, and external support needed to become a lever of change in their classroom, building, or system
