From the outset, we aspired to make 2Revolutions a different kind of place more sandbox than consulting firm. We wanted a space where diverse ideas can mingle where we encourage ourselves and others to see what might have been overlooked, and to assemble existing puzzle pieces more effectively. We’re developing new ways of marrying people and ideas to make progress on the complex issues we care about. Now more than ever, our work is focused on building the Future of Learning, and we’re gaining momentum.
Everything we do is built upon the principles of integrative design which recognizes that complex issues cannot be solved by focusing on one element at a time, in isolation from the other “parts” of the system. Instead, we need solutions that operate at the intersection of multiple policy domains and sectors that address “models” and “conditions” at the same time. This often requires new ways of thinking and working.
Rather than sell canned “solutions” we think our clients ought to want, we prefer to work collaboratively with partners to solve specific problems. We are motivated by a personal desire to optimize the right mix of interest, independence and impact and to enable this balance for others. As a result, we prioritize opportunities to work with smart, passionate colleagues who are as committed as we are to driving visible, lasting change.
